Greenhand Officer Retreat

On Friday  April 4, 2026 the Golden Valley FFA Greenhand Officers attended a retreat hosted by our Chapter Officers. At this retreat, we were able to collaborate with others to do many team building and reflective activities. One of these activities required us to write something we appreciate about each person on a sticky note, and then put it on their poster. This activity brought our team together, because we were able to point out things that we liked or enjoyed about each other. Another one of our activities included us playing water balloon battleship. This allowed us to work competitively with members of the team. We got to choose a spot and move each time, and try to avoid being hit by the other person's incoming water balloon. Overall, this retreat taught us more about ourselves and each other. We all learned a lot of leadership skills, and what it takes to be a good leader.
